Scene
Situated inside the Langham Hotel in Boston, BOND is not a typical pompous hotel bar. Once housing the Boston Federal Reserve Bank, BOND’s atmosphere is as gorgeous and exclusive as the people who frequent this popular Boston lounge. As an architectural landmark, BOND continues to dominate the Boston nightlife scene through its luxurious ambiance and swanky but cool demeanor. On weekends at 10pm, the restaurant transforms into one of Boston’s classiest lounges when DJ Mario steps in to spin a smooth mix of jazz and electronica. BOND caters to affluent individuals looking to socialize among the most dashing and sophisticated personalities in Boston.
Eats & Drinks
Executive chef Mark Sapienza has crafted a menu that eloquently combines local flavors and ingredients with international dishes. Enjoy a BOND burger, made from chargrilled northeastern beef, Vermont cheddar, and house-made maple ketchup or get a taste of the world with some of BOND’s delectable, international dishes like the Asado Arengtina, a grilled hanger steak with chimichurri and plantains. Cleverly named cocktails like The Peso, The Yen, The Euro and The Dollar, all use a well-crafted blend of fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and appropriate liquors, pleasing to even some of the most critical food reviewers.
Ambience
Upon entering Bond, patrons become captivated by the enormous and grand vintage chandelier hanging in the center of the room. Award winning design firm, Jeffrey Beer International used the building’s neoclassical characteristics to their advantage. High ceilings, thick, powerful walls, and large images of the individuals who have graced US treasury bonds celebrate BOND’s grand heritage. Along with its sleek modern furniture, a central bar, and tremendous attention to detail, BOND recalls a charming, prosperous era when the Boson Federal Reserve was responsible for handling and strengthening the money supply of New England. Those lucky enough to dine and consort with others in the exclusive Dom Pérignon Lounge will get a breathtaking view of BOND from a top balcony that overlooks the entire lounge.

Watch out for the evil bald man .... But all in all NOT a must do. Portions too small, service average at best.
