Little Joe of Little Joe and the Thrillers still packs them in at this tiny, slightly depressing Boston hole-in-the-wall. You donÂ't know who Little Joe of Little Joe and the Thrillers is? DonÂ't worry. You and the vast majority of the world donÂ't. He recorded a minor novelty R&B number in 1957 called “Peanuts” and has been rolling ever since. Now well over 80, Joe is a testament to resilience and can belt out his signature tune with surprising gusto. They often run poetry slams and other spoken word performances when Joe is resting. Drop in on the weekend and take in a true force of nature.
