Venue Description:
Restaurateur Ken Oringer is the chef and The Elliot Hotel is the destination. With such a winning combination, Clio has no other choice but to prosper. Amid the conservative high-end eateries in town, Clio is a cool alternative. While the exotic wine list was developed with the affluent connoisseur in mind, more affordable house drinks soothe the working man. The menu is Asian-Fusion and the portions appropriately mimic the European standard (Read: SMALL). Whether you are a food lover, scenester, or scene chaser, Clio is sure to be your desired destination.

Ken Oringer is a tinkerer—one of just a handful of local chefs to toy with techniques like spherification—which makes for some intriguing plates. Great for date nights and business meetings.
Epicurious 8/24/10
The flagship of one of Boston's busiest chefs, French-American restaurant Clio offers luxurious fare in an opulent setting.
