Everyone's buzzing about Chef Matt Eversman's new Southeast Asian restaurant, OON, set to debut next year at an undisclosed location in the West Loop. Get a sneak peek of the style of food he'll be serving at OON at City Fresh Market (131 N. Clinton St) Friday, October 21st. For $5 you can try Eversman's steamed sole filet with soy and sesame eggplant over rice from 11 am- 1:30pm.
