This cozy, funky Gold Coast lounge in the place of Koko Taylor's former blues club sports a funky, cobbled-together decor of antiques and modern amenities. The crowd is a step up from the usual college-age party bunch, and Sunday's industry nights pack the place with service industry people eating and drinking for half price.

Be prepared for a line around the block if you don't arrive early, and be extra prepared to wait for drinks - it can sometimes be hard to catch the bartender's eye. However, with a dance floor this active, you won't want a drink in your hand anyway.
