Jedynka Club

One of Polish Chicago's most attractive hotspots, Jedynka is a destination for Warsawans looking to mix and mingle. Non-Poles may feel uncomfortable as there's not a lot of effort made to accomodate outsiders but for Eastern Europeans the quality decor and ambience are worth the trip. Weekends are packed and for some reason the night of Easter is a major party.

Music is, unsurprisingly, mostly Euro trance, but Sunday's retro nights can span a wide range of global hits. Polish karaoke on Wednesdays can be interesting as well. Watch out for Fridays, as that's when the club runs "Best Bust" contests and the like.
