Sorinsky, a DJ since the age of 15, has seen it all in the Chicago nightlife. He continued as a professional DJ during his college years at The University of Iowa before returning to Chicago where he managed Joe's on Weed Street. Sorinsky's dream has always been to open up an upscale sports lounge and, over time, this dream has developed into a soulful and focused concept. He believes Theory is to be one step above your standard in terms of food, service and comfort. Joel, who hails from Northbrook, IL draws strength from his wonderful family and ENORMOUS amount of friends and relatives. Theory is Joel's first of many lounges to come.
