Working with top nightlife venues from bars, pubs, restaurants, lounges, rooftops, hotels, to high-end nightclubs and upscale event spaces, we leverage our firmly established relationships across the nightlife scene to bring our clients an insider’s nightlife guide and access to the best event/party experiences.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Researching and identifying clients in London and across the UK

  • Business development via phone, email and face-to-face

  • Contract negotiations and formatting

  • Meet with the CEO periodically to discuss operations

  • Daily interaction with clients, booking agents and venue operators

  • Online marketing- event postings, email blasts, social media outreach

  • Marketing and promotional materials- event flyers, posters, brochures

  • Operations- floor plans, seating arrangements, staff management, vendor relations

  • DJ and Talent programming

  • On-call / on-site operational support

  • Departmental database upkeep

  • Pre & post event analysis and reconciliation

  • Acquisition and supervision of affiliate partnerships

  • Creation of new marketing and promotional strategies to optimize business development

  • Client procurement, venue relations and event organization / execution for Comp Sponsor and Concierge Programs

Salary:  Will vary depending on applicant.   We are hiring full time, part time and commission base people.  

The Perfect Candidate:

With intimate knowledge of the intricacies of the cocktail and style bar scene, you will possess an outgoing and engaging personality to establish, build and profitably exploit relationships with bar/club decision makers and bartenders in key outlets.  Understanding which bars and clubs are hot and frequented by the ‘in-crowd’ is a hugely important requirement of this appointment, as is a general passion for spirits, cocktails and the modern nightlife scene.


  • Sales experience success – Essential

  • Cold Calling/Lead Generation experience - Desirable

  • Technology savvy and capable – Essential

  • Strong planner and organiser – Essential

  • An innate internal drive, enthusiasm and a self-starter - Essential

  • Knowledge/experience in the nightlife industry – Desirable
