Job Description

Joonbug.com is one of the largest event planning and promotions companies in the US.  As the largest producer of holiday events, we will produce over 100 events for New Year's Eve at various event spaces around the country…. nightclubs, lounges, restaurants, bars, private event spaces, cruises, and family entertainment centers.  Our New Year’s Eve events will take place on Monday, December 31st, 2012.  Join us in coordinating the biggest holiday parties of the year! 

Positions Available:  Coat Check Runner/Coat Check Cashiers/Cashiers

Coat Check Runner Duties Include:

· Accept and retrieve guest’s coats in a timely and professional matter

· Be able to work in a fast paced environment

· Learn and execute the standard procedure of properly tagging, storing and returning     guest’s items in an efficient and courteous matter

· Maintain the cleanliness of the coat check room and surrounding areas

Coat Check Cashier Duties Include:

· Being responsible for charging customers the pre-determined coat check fee and processing transactions

· Maintaining organization and control of your cash box and coat check ticket inventory

· Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency in tracking coat check sales

 Cashier Duties Include:

· Being responsible for charging customers correctly and processing transactions

· Maintaining organization and control of your cash box and ticket inventory

  keeping track of all ticket sales

· Ensuring the organized flow of paying customers into the venue

 Job Requirements:

· Professional etiquette is a must!

· Personable and outgoing

· Comfortable in front of large crowds

· Extremely Organized

· Ability to multi-task and work well under possible high stress situations

· Prior event management or nightlife experience preferred

· 21 years of age or older

4. A voided check or Direct Deposit form from your banking institution. You must be listed as an account holder. Payments are made solely through Direct Deposit on January 11th, 2013. 

This opportunity is for event work on the evening of New Year's Eve, December 31st, 2012. If you are not 100% confident of your availability, we kindly ask that you attend an open call once you are certain of your schedule and availability.

Event Staff Night-Of Pay Rate: $25/hour   

Shift Times: 4-6 hour shifts available
