Editorial: Tech & Lifestyle Writer

Cool $h!t Contributing Writer Position: 

Joonbug.com is now looking for a New York-based writer to contribute to our magazine-style Technology and Lifestyle blog, Cool $h!t. The ideal candidate will have a good grasp of the technology scene and the ability to produce engaging articles according to our editorial schedule. If you’re obsessed with gadgets and all cool things then this unpaid position will allow you to gain tons of writing clips and professional recognition in the field. There will be a good amount of writing in this position as you will be expected to write about events as they happen.  

Responsibilities Include:

• Reporting on new gadgets and green technologies
• travel and lifestyle 
• Art reviews
• Charity spotlights
• Interviews with young entrepreneurs 

We are looking for creative individuals who are committed to writing several short posts a day. You must be able to work from our Manhattan office 3 days a week from 10-5. You must be able to work with tight deadlines.
