Internship Description

BarCrawls.com is seeking a non-paid intern in our New York City office to support our Marketing & Events department.

• Assisting Event Managers with venue sourcing in multiple markets (NYC, Philadelphia, Boston, etc.)
• Working with Event Managers to plan bar crawl routes in key areas of each city
• Pitching clients on bar crawls, our web properties, sponsorship and branding
• Contributing to overall marketing strategy of each crawl
• Assisting during bar crawls: day of registration and check-in

Job Requirements Include:

• Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Basic Photoshop skills preferred
• Excellent writing/verbal communications skills; You will be interacting with clients
• Must be personable and have the ability to engage the customer
• The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is key

Hours: Interns are in our Flatiron office from 11:00am - 6:00pm

• Minimum of 3 days per week (4 days preferred), Monday-Friday available

Payment: Unpaid (must be for school credit or experience purposes)
