Skynet Media Group / Joonbug is a marketing and nightlife promotion company located in New York City. As a leading nightlife event producer in NYC, we have a young, energetic, and progressive office environment.

Joonbug is seeking a SEO expert to work in our Manhattan office 30-40 hours per week. 

Thorough understanding of SEO concepts and extensive experience optimizing for maximum exposure on Google is required. 

PHP development experience is a major plus.

We are not looking for a corporate consultant to outsource the dirty work.  The sucessful candidate will know what to do and is willing to roll up his/her sleeves and get the work done on a tight deadline. 

Job responsibilities will include the follwing:

• Improve organic rankings for specific search phrases
• Research search trends and traffic analytics
• Identify key search phrases
• Establish backlinks
• Create reports showing weekly improvements
• Assist in our overall traffic-building agenda

This is a part-time hourly position.
Hourly Rate: $10-15 per hour depending on experience
