SEO Expert

Skynet Media Group / Joonbug is a marketing and nightlife promotion company located in New York City. As a leading nightlife event producer in NYC, we have a young, energetic, and progressive office environment.

Joonbug is seeking a SEO expert to work in our Manhattan office 30-40 hours per week.    For those that have extensive experience we have full time available too.

Thorough understanding of SEO concepts and extensive experience optimizing for maximum exposure on Google is required. 

PHP development experience is a major plus.

We are not looking for a corporate consultant to outsource the dirty work.  The successful candidate will know what to do and is willing to roll up his/her sleeves and get the work done on a tight deadline.  

Job responsibilities will include the following:

• Improve organic rankings for specific search phrases
• Research search trends and traffic analytics
• Identify key search phrases
• Establish backlinks
• Create reports showing weekly improvements
• Assist in our overall traffic-building agenda

This is a part-time hourly position.
Hourly Rate: $10-15 per hour depending on experience

We also have full time salaried positions available for those that have extensive experience.
