Telemarketing/ Customer Service Rep

Joonbug.com, one of the nation’s largest holiday event producers, is looking for telemarketers/customer service representatives to help market our New Year’s Eve events.

Duties include:

TELEMARKETING: All functions in regards to marketing the New Year’s Eve 2012 events to previous customers and call lists. You may be asked to assist Joonbug's event managers in other tasks in relation to event preparations.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: All functions in regards to assisting customers with new and previously placed ticket orders.
TICKETING: All functions in regards to the distribution of tickets.

*Pay Rate $9.00 and up. Will vary depending on experience.
