UI/UX Designer

Joonbug is seeking a talented User Experience Designer to help create world-class web products. You will be working in a fast paced environment with some of the brightest minds in the event production and marketing industry.  You will be working with very talented software engineers to create elegant solutions to complicated problems and you will get to see your design talents come to life in exciting ways.

The UI/UX Designer will work closely with our Development Team and Product Managers to define the product requirements.  The responsibility of the UI/UX Designer is to ultimately present a beautiful and user-friendly interface that meets the functional needs of the product -- and maintain a very positive user experience overall.

The UI/UX Designer will be working on next-generation web applications for the most part, but Andriod and iOS apps are currently in the planning phase.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as an UI/UX Designer 
• 4 year degree
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and final design comps. 
• Must provide examples of your work or portfolio
• Have an understanding of Information Architecture
• Extreme attention to detail down to the pixel
• Have an understanding of Web 2.0 concepts and conventions
• Have a great eye for clean & balanced design and fonts
