The menu at Pink Taco features the trademark "Pink Taco" with homemade corn tortillas and black beans, topped with chicken, salsa roja, pickled onions and avocado. If you are in the mood for a margarita, look no further than the “Pink Taco Margarita,” which comes by the glass or can be ordered in a pitcher for you and your friends to share!

Short rib tacos, fish tacos, shrimp tacos, and their famous guacamole dip are among guests’ most desired entities. Each guest is treated to chips when they arrive along with three salsas to choose from. All of the tortillas are homemade and make for delicious quesadillas, enchiladas and burritos.

The first Pink Taco restaurant was opened in 1999 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. A second location in Scottsdale, Arizona met with controversy and remained open for less than three years, between 2006 and 2009. A third location opened on June 28, 2007 in Century City, Los Angeles, California. According to the restaurant's website, planned future locations include Hollywood, California, San Diego, and Miami, Florida.
