I’ve had a lot of authentic tamales. If I had this in Mexico on the street, I’d say, “Wow. That’s one hell of a tamale.” – Anthony Bourdain, No Reservations

Bet on Bobby Flay's classic Southwestern cuisine, like the Chipotle Glazed Rib-Eye with Red and Green Chile.

Do not miss the tiger shrimp tamale! It should be required eating for all foodies!

#1 on Cosmo's Must-Drink List: The Cactus Pear Margarita. Comes on the rocks, with a salted rim. We wouldn't want it any other way.

Everything is good! The plates don't look that big but you will leave extremely full.
