Karl Lagerfeld is not one to follow. The creative director of Chanel is a man to stand at the front of the crowd and lead. In the case of Chanel's Paris fashion week show, he was leading a group of models in the name of feminism. At the end of the Spring/Summer 2015 collection, he walked out in front of Cara Delevingne, Joan Smalls, Gisele Bunchen, and Kendall Jenner, who were all holding up protest signs declaring "women's rights are more than alright!"
WInter is fast approaching, and with it comes a drop in temperature and the need to bundle up. But you don't have to look like you're constantly walking around in a sleeping bag. Trust Lazy Oaf's Winter '14 collection to save your look from being drab. Lazy Oaf has been known for making quirky graphic design clothing.
This collection is splattered with bird graphics on soft blouses, sweaters a younger hipper Cosby would have been proud to wear, and familiar cereal mascots printed over a long sleeve shirt. The looks are glowing with fun and radiant colors and patterns that jump off the fabric and right onto the street ready for action. A Glam-Damn-It favorite has to be the adorable kitten whisker adorned black suspender dress that you can pull on with a pair of thigh high socks and loafers. Ooh so cute, grab a sweater or a dress to keep your winter wardrobe popping with flirt and flair.
Bring it on, October! While the Fall weather forecast remains somewhat uncertain, one thing’s for sure: the opportunity to update our wardrobes with cheeky new designs is ready for the taking! Cara Delevigne’s most recent collab with veteran NYC-designer, Donna Karan, CaraD4DKNY, is a 15-piece collection that encompasses everything Cara Delevigne embodies: youthfulness, whimsy, utilitarianism, edginess, and a signature twinge of playfulness. Most importantly, the range encourages wearers to be themselves (most of the pieces are unisex, so dudes can equally ogle over the newly-launched duds!).
The long awaited Fall TV line up is back! And Joonbug.com has the low down on all your favorite fashionistas.

She’s naturally photogenic, look at that smize.
Her fashion game is on point. She only travels in Louie.

Normcore, the NYTimes worried a few months back, was a massive inside joke created on the internet. However, dressing in the most basic of basics has become a rebellious fashion movement that rejects the hard pressing constant flux of trends that the fashion world tries to dictate on the style hungry masses.

Asian Fashion Week Extravaganza wasn't just a celebration of a multitude of Asian designers' talents, it was also a gathering of fashionistas supporting a great cause, the Save a Child's Heart Foundation. The two seemingly separate projects joined together for a joyous night of style and fundraising.

Never been to Paris? Well, the City of Lights was brought to the Big Apple with the Parisian lifestyle/glamour inspired ELLE Runway Collection by Kohls. The event, hosted by Style360, was on point with the French theme by having the models walk thru an Eiffel Tower shaped frame, guests sitting "front row" at café tables, the Paris skyline on the walls, and playing French music throughout the show. Sitting at one the front row tables was singer/actress Christina Milian who kept it cool in a Wu-Tang t-shirt and jeans.
