Venue Description:
Dessert comes early and lasts all night at iCandy, West HollywoodÂ's one-stop shop for optical stimulation. Toned bartenders mix mojitos and key-lime martinis in front of a leopard print wall, as the thirsty customers mingle with the sexy crowd. Though predominantly gay, iCandyÂ's staff and patrons are as accepting of diversity as they are of conflicting choices in decor. Chandeliers drip industrial beading above lacquered tables and circular, plush, apple-red booths; a sea green brick partition and black, cage-like spikes divide the main seating area from the dance floor. The tunes range from Janis Joplin to electronica, and are played loud enough to party, but not so loud it drowns out the person whispering sultry come-ons in your ear. Happy Hour lasts until 9PM, with competitive specials on well drinks and beer.
