VENUE DETAILS
Scene
Father’s Office is the nationally acclaimed Los Angeles Gastropub and home of the much touted “Office Burger”. Where heaven is served on a bun and in a pint glass, where foodies, beer connoisseurs (and sometimes smug scenesters) from near and far wait in ridiculously long lines in hopes of getting a spot at one of the tables crammed inside. This self proclaimed "Gastropub" is near the top of of every LA area Best of Burger list.
Eats & Drinks
|Their focus is craft beer and its pairing with food. They feature a seasonally rotating selection of 36 craft beers on tap along with esoteric small producer wines and micro distilled spirits. Their food menu consists of seasonal dishes inspired by the rich bar culture of Europe and locally farmed ingredients. Other specialties include; Basket of Sweet Potato Frites "A La Cart" roasted garlic, cabrales, blue cheese aioli, Spicy Lamb Skewers japanese eggplant, roasted radicchio, red jalapeno, grilled brussel sprouts, and House Cured Spanish White Anchovies.
Ambience
1 bite into an Office Burger (caramelized onion, applewood bacon compote, gruyere, Maytag blue cheese and arugula) and you will be transformed into burger heaven. Although you may have to wait a little while, it is well worth it. You could spend a long Friday afternoon here, snacking on Spanish cheeses, glistening Spanish anchovies cured on the premises and dusted with lemon zest, and cumin-crusted skewers of lamb, which collapse in your mouth like a sigh. You will find beers that to the best of my knowledge will elude you anywhere else, like the butterscotch-tinged Allagash Curieux aged in old bourbon barrels or Belgian beers that cost more per bottle than fine wine. The kind waitstaff will serve you whatever your heart desires and you will walk out begging for more.

Despite one too many rules, Sang Yoon's burger joint is straight-up killer, and serves a vast selection of craft beers. [Eater 38 Member]

This should be a restaurant but it’s not. Best beer selection in the world. The burger is made one way and one way only. -Mark Peel, Top Chef

This is an amazing burger and beer joint. I believe their burgers have been dubbed "crack burgers" because you just can't get enough. There beer selection on tap is also outstanding! LOVE THIS PLACE
