Many local grocery stores don’t carry organic fruits and vegetables that are free of pesticides. These foods, though larger than their typical organic counterparts, come covered in chemicals. They also lack the vivid and crisp flavor pesticide free foods provide. Come taste the experience! There will be fresh organic produce available throughout the whole Expo! Taste samples of all sorts of healthy foods, and snack items! There may even be an alternative to your favorite high calorie guilty pleasure!
There will be natural beauty and spa products, which can change the way those with allergies or sensitive skin see make-up and facial cleansers. Vendor exhibits will have almost everything--home products, energy saving electronics, clothes, and much more. There will be activities for the whole family as well as ambient music, gadgets, and demonstrations.
The event’s purpose is to raise awareness of healthier and sometimes more affordable alternatives to the things we use and see every day. Small lifestyle changes, whether they concern health or helping the environment, result in big change over time. The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is free with admission to The Florida Science Museum! Come experience everything the Expo has to offer.
The South Florida Science Museum is located at:
4801 Dreher Trail North
West Palm Beach, FL 33405
Museum admission:
Adults: $11.95
Seniors 62+: $10.50
Children ages 3-12: $8.95
Admission for children under three years of age and Museum Members is free.
