A moment of silence, please, in memory of our recently departed Miami Spice.  Thank you.  I know I’m being a bit too melodramatic, and I know Miami Spice is coming back next year like it does every year, but August 2012 seems like a long time to wait for dining deals.  Fortunately, South Florida gourmands have yet another month to dine out for less, this time in Fort Lauderdale. October Kicks off Dine Out Lauderdale, Broward County’s restaurant month.  From now until November 10th, diners can sample a three-course dinner at one of several of Greater Fort Lauderdale’s finest restaurants for only $35.  Restaurants include some of Fort Lauderdale’s newest additions to the area’s just sprouting fine dining scene, as well as campy landmarks from a bygone era, like the tiki-themed Mai Kai.
