Every Wednesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m., for $24 per person, guests can enjoy the time-honored tradition of high tea in the beautifully decorated 14Thirty-5 Lounge. There are thirteen different tea blends to choose from. Whether you like traditional Earl Grey or need something to take the edge off like their Pear Green Tea Vodka cocktails, there’s a cup, or martini glass, of tea for you. Enjoy snacks like cucumber sandwiches or a pin-wheel of oolong tea-smoked salmon with dill and avocado, a choice of blueberry or cran-orange scones with clotted cream and homemade strawberry jam and orange marmalade, and Miami-inspired sweets such as tropical fruit mousse cake.

Private Cooking Classes with Joel Huff

This hands-on culinary experience takes place is Azul’s open kitchen where students will learn how to make three different courses instructed by Executive Chef Joel Huff. The three courses made during the lesson, Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., are planned by the chef and the tastes of those participating in the class for a truly interactive meal. With the help of Azul’s sommelier, Cynthia Bettancourt, the dishes made will be expertly paired with the fine wines found in Azul’s cellar. The class is $575 for one or two people. There is a supplement for larger groups.

CubaNostaliga celebrates everything  Cuban through live exhibits, artists and vendors, music, and of course traditional Cuban cuisine. Food Truck Invasion: Bikes-N-Bites

Ride your motorcycle or don your best leather chaps and come to Tropical Park this Thursday for a Food Truck Invasion. Starting May 10th, and continuing every Thursday for the remainder of the summer, enjoy the best food trucks Miami has to offer all in one location. From 5:30 p.m. until 11 p.m. enjoy great food and different attractions each week. Such attractions will include mechanical bulls, bikini girl dunk tanks, contests, giveaways, live music, DJs, and more. Food trucks participating at the Invasion include OMG Burgers, Mucho Nachos, Sir Mixx A Lot, CUBANCUBE, Overload Extreme, and more.

Love Peace Unite: A Movement of World Peace

Farmers Market Weekends

Tropical Park

Beginning on Saturday May 12th, Tropical Park will hold a weekend farmers market. The market will be set up in the park every weekend in May between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. On sale will be fresh fruit, produce, flowers, and more. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon by having a picnic in the park, fishing, or just catching some rays as you enjoy the bounties you’ve purchased from the market.
