This hands-on culinary experience takes place is Azul’s open kitchen where students will learn how to make three different courses instructed by Executive Chef Joel Huff. The three courses made during the lesson, Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., are planned by the chef and the tastes of those participating in the class for a truly interactive meal. With the help of Azul’s sommelier, Cynthia Bettancourt, the dishes made will be expertly paired with the fine wines found in Azul’s cellar. The class is $575 for one or two people.
