The headliner of the evening; the Chef Challenge Finals!  Two chefs will be given a basket of ingredients plus one secret ingredient.  Who dares?  Iron Fork 2009 Returning Champion, John Critchley of Area 31 takes on Douglas Rodriguez of D. Rodriguez Restaurant Group for the noble Iron Fork award.  Witness the competition as well as the announcement of the winner and presentation of the award all in one night!
