Offering the savory classic cuisine of Spain, Soleà seems to be what Miami Beach has been missing. Soleà takes it's name from the traditional Spanish dance of Flamenco and just as the dance it will truly ignite your senses. Seasoned experts of their craft Karim Masri, Nicola Siervo and Rony Seikaly of KNR Food Concepts, LLC brought Soleà to life at W South Beach in 2009, offering a world-class food and wine experience combined with the ultimate Miami style. Combining a selection of both traditional and innovative plates Soleà delivers something for everyone. The diverse menu includes a captivating selection of Pica-picas (small plates) that range from the Spain's acclaimed Jamón Ibérico to more the creative creation of Coca de Foie y Mango: Puff pastry, foie gras, fresh mango and Pedro Ximénez reduction. The ensaladas are enticing and refreshing and accompany the entrée courses of arroces (rice dishes), pescados (fish dishes) and carnes (meats) perfectly. Offering traditional Paella Valenciana and savory specialties such as Braised veal cheeks, topped with porcini-Idiazábal crostini and pine nut vinaigrette Soleàs menu will impress any palette. The Soleà experience would not be complete without exceptional desserts from pastry chef Antonio Bachour. Chef Bachour brings us mesmerizing creations of flavors from around the world with a nod to Spanish delights. Choosing between the naughty ‘Chocolate Sabotage' and the refreshing ‘Turron de Jijona Panna Cotta' may be difficult but either way you won't be disappointed. A visit to Soleà may also entice you to partake in another Spanish tradition, the siesta! Buen Provecho!
