The photographer has accused Bieber of beating him up when he tried to take his picture while Beiber and his estranged girlfriend Selena Gomez were in a mall called the Commons in Calabasas. He filed a police report naming Bieber as the culprit. Bieber and Gomez left before deputies arrived, so investigators want to talk to him to get his side of the story. The photographer complained of pain in his upper torso, an ambulance was summoned and he was taken to a local hospital where he was examined and released a short time later. Cops are investigating the incident as a misdemeanor battery.
Witnesses at the mall say the photographer had been blocking Bieber's car as the singer was trying to leave. Apparently Justin didn't like the pap taking pics of him and Selena trying to work things out. The singer then got out of the car and asked the guy to move away but he wouldn't, so Justin resorted to violence!
