The teen star recently dropped $3.9 million on a remodeled mid-century modern home on a secluded estate in the hills above Studio City, California. It has a pool, surround sound, and TEN parking spots! In LA, that might as well be worth half a mil on its own. And did we mention it's GORGEOUS!?
