Anyways, back to Angelina Pivarnick, the notorious s**t-talker of the first 2 seasons of the MTV phenomenon. After swearing off the television show for good, the self-proclaimed "Kim Kardashian of Staten Island" is trying to make it in the industry on her own. But not before enduring more drama with haters everywhere.
This time around, s**t just might have gotten real. TMZ reports that Angelina is suing a woman who attacked her friend Janine Vaiana last October inside a Hot Topic at the Staten Island Mall. Reports claim that 20-year-old Kelsey Balzafiore had punched the former bartender, according to Pivarnick's lawyer Stephanie Ovadia. As a result of the fight, Balzafiore was arrested on misdemeanor battery charges for punching Vaiana, but now Angelina is claiming she was attacked as well. The court documents claim Pivarnick was "assaulted, battered and harassed and left wounded, bruised, and injured and sustained severe shock to her nervous system."
Pivarnick also revealed her plans to seek damages from the clothing chain, for failing to sustain proper security measures. Representatives from Hot Topic have currently not responded. Lesson learned: don't mess with Angelina, especially when her bank account is dwindling. The orange Hulk will come out.
