After all the Rihanna and Chris Brown reconciliation madness, the ‘Birthday Cake’ remix was the start of a bunch of controversy. If it wasn’t clear before, the suits at Roc Nation aren’t happy about the whole thing! There were rumors that Jay-Z was FURIOUS and wanted to do anything in his power to shelf the song before it came out and blew up. There are also rumors that Jay-Z is preparing to DUMP Rihanna. There have been pictures everywhere of the new girl he’s working on making a star: Rita Ora.

Insiders over at RocNation say that Jay-Z has begun what is called a "media blitz" for his new artist Rita Ora. The insider explained, "Rita has the same kind of pop appeal that Rihanna does, but she's younger, and not as crazy. [Jay Z] has scheduled to make a bunch of appearances with her, and he's even going to integrate her into his upcoming thrones concert with Kanye West!”

Well if there wasn’t tension between Rihanna and Rita before, there definitely is now!

Rita Ora has just released her first single ‘RIP,’ written by Drake. What’s wrong with that? MTO is reporting that apparently, this song was originally promised to Rihanna, and Jay-Z made the decision to pass the track to Rita!
