Last night after dining on Thompson Street in SoHo, Jennifer Aniston and new man, Justin Theroux, were giving it to us in black and white --in photographs that is. (Courtesy of Terry Richardson.) The couple, who haven't been public about their romance since they've met, made sure to show us the money on these shots. The pair have reportedly been  together since May, but have kept it on the D.L. to avoid accusations of Jen being a "home-wrecker."

According to a buddy of Theroux, the two only started dating after his former girlfriend, Heidi Bivens, moved out of their NYC apartment. Jen apparently, did not break them up. Aniston's friends also went on to say it is completely out of her character to, "hook up with a guy who has a girlfriend."

It seems very likely Jen stayed out of the heat, especially considering her past failed romance with well known playa playa, John May-a. "What goes around, comes around." I'm sure Jen didn't not want that karmatically kicking her in the well-polished glutes anytime soon.

All rumors aside, the two seem to be happy and in love; portraying a warm, fuzzy feeling and connection between them. Or maybe it was the lighting? The new-old-new couple were seen wearing matching hers and his gold watches and matching rings on their wedding band fingers.  Aniston is now 42, and actor Theroux is 39 --sounds like the age to settle down.

Aniston will be in NYC this week promoting her new film Horrible Bosses; a film about three friends devising a murder plot, when they conclude that their employers are standing in the way of their happiness. Bivens will be in the parody Horrible Crosses; a film about being betrayed in a 14 year relationship...
