It’s official. Jon and Kate Gosselin publicly revealed their “separation” on last night’s much anticipated episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8, but before it even aired, People.com got a hold of some legal evidence of their actual filing for a divorce. SHOCKER!

TLC announced that they will be taking a “production break”, although rumor has it that the next episode is scheduled to air on Aug 3rd. I’m sure TLC is fighting this matrimonial turmoil so that they can keep their ratings at their all-time high!

As for what will happen with the kids, 8-year-old twins, Cara and Mady, and 5-year-old sextuplets, Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah, well, stay tuned. The custody battle will be sure to hit future top headlines…
