So no Spanx here! Stella made a full collection with these sheer panels on the side, and this is how my dress came!"

Kim K has been taunted for years for her backside full 'o cellulite, so it comes as no surprise that gossip columns assumed she was wearing spanx. Though after the live filming of her receiving Botox, we're pretty sure there isn't anything Kim wouldn't do for the sake of beauty.
