Lindsay Lohan is violating probation terms, again, after a dirty urine test on June 13 shows she hasn't changed her partying ways; she may be serving real jail time today after the hearing. This morning La Lohan is awaiting a court hearing in Los Angeles, where she will be seated in front of the same judge who sentenced her to 120 days in jail, after pleading guilty to larceny charges on a necklace. The actress has numerous probation violations already, and two DUI convictions under her belt; she has recently been under house arrest, and partying on her Venice, C.A. rooftop.

In a recent interview with Life & Style Magazine,  she claimed, "Alcohol is not in my house: so it is not a part of my life." However, she canceled an interview with Matt Lauer, which was said to discuss how she turned her life around 360 180 degrees.

Her reps stated the reason for dismissing the coverage was, "they hadn't planned on doing a 2 hour feature and believed to have agreed on a 15 minute conversation." It doesn't seem coincidental that she had tested positive for alcohol consumption,  and was unable to do the interview claiming sobriety. There are also photos from her rooftop party with open bottles of wine and other poisons openly displayed.
