The report, obtained by TMZ, alledges the Paparazzi spotted Wayne and his entourage skateboarding outside a church right beside a “no skateboarding” sign so he decided to take pictures.
When it began to rain, Wayne and his friends decided to pack it up and leave and the accuser decided to follow them. Fed up, Lil Wayne instructed his team to take the man's camera and told him to delete the photos.
And according to the photographer, it didn’t end there. He claims the group of around eight men then spat at him before pushing him to the ground and destroying his bicycle with a skateboard. The pap immediately went to the Miami Beach Police Station, where he filed a report against the alleged attackers.
Lil Wayne’s reps have yet to respond to the accusations.
