Lindsay Lohan has been cast to play Linda Lovelace in Matthew Wilder's indie film Inferno. If the name Linda Lovelace sounds familiar, it may be in conjunction with the film Deep Throat. The 1972 film was one of the first porno film to feature a plot, character development and high production standards.

People are up in arms about the casting and I'm sure her insane father, Michael Lohan will soon have something to say, but I'm happy for Lindsay.

As we saw from the Muse photos and the filming of the shoot (below) Lindsay Lohan is a badass and she will do what she wants, when she wants.

I have been a LiLo fan since Freaky Friday, and I am very curious to see what she brings to the role.
