In case you were concerned that Miley Cyrus has ceased to pose for really creepy pictures, fear not. TMZ just released photos of the former Disney star enjoying an, um, penis cake.

Cyrus, who is no stranger to oversharing, was shot diving face-first into the NSFW dessert at boyfriend Liam Hemsworth's birthday last Saturday night. The 19-year-old was also seen drinking and dancing throughout the evening at Club Icon in Downtown, LA.

While no details have been released regarding cake-specifics have been released, we're going to go ahead and guess that is was chocolate.
