After celebrating a friends birthday at a raucous bash in Paris until 5 a.m., paps spotted Pips leaving in a convertible with friends. The driver then took out what appeared to be a semi-automatic pistol and aimed it at a celeb photographer! Sitting in the passenger seat, Pippa Middleton laughed at the stunt and is now in hot water. We doubt anybody's laughing now, especially her in-laws!
It appears that the excitement, including reports that Pippa Middleton could face criminal charges, has died down now that ABC News reports that the photographer claims he knew all along that the gun was a fake. He has been telling people he never felt scared by it to begin with.
Currently there is no investigation, because no one has filed a complaint. If the gun was in fact fake, the accused could still face legal action, but far less severe.
The photog knew it was a fake gun, and knew the group in the car, so it's not as "horrifying" as the mag would like everyone to believe. Could this just be another incident of the paps looking to get a big payday for such a photo. If so, the driver of the car helped him out!
Regardless, Pips should know better than to be involved with such childish behavior now that her sister is royalty.
