Tiger Woods' Alleged Mistress Files Paternity Action
Devon James filed a paternity action against the golf star claiming he is the father of her 9-year-old son.

Tiger Woods’ alleged mistress Devon James filed a paternity action against the golf star claiming he is the father of her 9-year-old son.

James filed legal papers in Florida under her legal name, Melinda Jannette, asking a judge to determine the paternity of her son Austin T. James.According to reports, "T" is for Tiger.

The weird part is that James’ mother which has custody of Austin claims that a DNA test in 2002 showed another man was the father. However, James does not believe her mother has DNA evidence and wants a judge to force Woods to submit to a DNA test.

According to legal documents, James wants to “establish paternity, parental responsibility, time-sharing, and/or child support of a minor child or children.”

She would also like Woods to become a part of her son’s life.

James' rep tells TMZ after James got pregnant in 2000, she didn't see Woods again until 2006. The rep says James was scared to tell Woods about the kid at that point because she thought Woods would take her son away from her.

They began seeing each other again from 2006-2008, the rep says, and James told Tiger about her son, and that he was the father, in August 2008. The rep says Tiger didn't really acknowledge James' claim, but when they saw each other in September 2008, Tiger brought a golf club, a hat, and a bracelet that Tiger said was "for your son."
