T-Shirts for Sandy Relief
We just can't get enough of Sandy Relief charities

Everyone seems to be rising to the occasion to help those effected by Hurricane Sandy and more and more celebrities are joining the cause. Iron Chef, Marc Forgione has created a t-shirt line to help raise money for hurricane relief efforts. For all t-shirts sold through the end of the year, Marc will donate $10 per shirt. The chef teamed up with Island Harvest Food Bank in Long Island on this philanthropic endeavour. Island Harvest is the largest hunger relief organization on Long Island and has been providing relief to thousands of residents impacted by Sandy. Shirts sell for $35/1 or $30/2+ and can be purchased here.

The t-shirts were designed by Chef Forgione, Peter Yip, and Alexander Kim. Each shirt is printed on organic, American-made tees. Chef Forgione comments, “When we created these t-shirts we always planned for proceeds to go to a good cause. When Hurricane Sandy hit, we new instantly that it was time to launch the shirts and where the money needs to go.”
