Now this country should begin to worry! Hikes in the cost of living and unemployment rates are merely inconsequential propaganda perpetrated by individuals who find solace in blaming their life altering faux pas on the more fortunate. The real devastation will come in 2014--when Papa Johns will have to raise the cost of their pizzas by up to .14 cents in order to absorb the burden of Obamacare.
The popular pizza chain's CEO John Schnatter went public recently calling attention to the estimated increase in what customers would have to pay for a Papa Johns pizza in 2014 as a result of President Obama's healthcare reform. The story has since received more media coverage than, let's say, the drought that just may be more directly correlated to rises in the cost of meat and dairy.
Has the general intelligence of America been reduced to a point where decisions concerning the health of 30 million people are based on weather or not we want to pay a few cents more for a pizza? Enter propaganda, stage right (wing). A drum is played; the people drop everything they are doing and march. Surely the culinary world can recognize a red herring.
Seriously guys, who comes up with this stuff?
