Buckle Up!
A Snazzy and Cheap Way to Brighten Up Your Meals

So since the times for parties is fast approaching, I've been searching for fun and easy ways to decorate around the house. I stumbled upon this really cute idea in Good Housekeeping about making your own napkin rings.

All you have to do is go to your local fabric store and pick out any type of ribbon you like, velvet, floral, blue, suede, anything that fits your personality or decor.

You can find buckles online or at shoe repair shops. An easy solution for that is D rings, those two silver loops that you can just tuck and pull ribbon through.

Cut the ribbon around 7 inches and (if you're using a regular buckle) cut a hole in the center of the ribbon. If you're using D rings, just pull the ribbon through and in both cases, secure with fabric glue.

Let set and you've just created yourself an adorable napkin ring that will have your guests placing orders with you.
