Amongst her delectable recipes are Short Ribs with Whole Wheat Tagliatelle recipe. The ribs are simmered in a tomato and basil sauce, then tossed in the whole-wheat pasta. Add a side of greens and you have a meal built for a champ. Other killer dishes include tuna tacos, garlic sweet potato mash, and homemade hummus—the list proves to be one that can titillate anyone’s taste buds.
