First, muddle the three pepper slices and cilantro in a shaker. Next, add in the Cayrum, remaining three pepper slices, juice from one lime and simple syrup. Top the mixture off with a touch of soda and then shake everything together. Pour the drink into a rocks glass with ice cubes, and garnish the finished product with a pepper.
