Go USA! Every four years the summer Olympics glue us to our TV's as we root for our team. Amp up your night by trying out some of these medal-worthy cocktails!
2 oz. Russian Standard Gold
2 each Mango Slices
1 each Lime Wedge
.5 oz. Ginger Simple Syrup
Juice from 1 whole Orange
In a highball glass, muddle the mango, lime and ginger simple syrup. Fill with ice and add Russian Standard Gold and freshly squeezed orange juice. Garnish with an orange wheel and enjoy!
1.5 oz. Russian Standard Gold
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 each pinch of Gold Dust (optional)
2 oz. Top of Prosecco
Combine all ingredients (except Prosecco) into a mixing tin. Fill 2/3 with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice into a tall glass. Top off with Prosecco and garnish with two lemon wheels. Enjoy!

Soda Water
Rum
Muddled Limes and Mint
2 oz. Russian Standard Gold
.5 oz. Mathilde Peach Liqueur
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
4 oz. Ginger beer
Combine all ingredients (except Ginger Beer) into an authentic Russian Standard copper mug filled with ice. Top off with Ginger Beer and garnish with a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
Cuervo gold
Fresh sour Passion fruit puree
Red. Raspberries
White. Salt rim
Blue. Blueberries
Cali Gold
2 oz Caliche Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
½ oz Pineapple Juice
¼ oz Agave Nectar
3 - 6 Cilantro Leaves
Garnish: Cilantro Leaf
In a mixing glass, lightly muddle Cilantro Leaves. Add the remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into an ice filled highball glass and garnish. Enjoy!
1.5 oz of Vodka
1/2 oz St. Germain elderflower cordial
2 oz of fresh white grapefruit juice
1 oz of chilled ginger beer
Grapefruit twist garnish
¾ oz raspberry syrup
2 Cognac infused with Chinese black tea
2 Raspberries
1 mint sprig
Combine lime, raspberry syrup and Cognac. Serve over ice in a Collins glass. Top with
Champagne. Garnished with two raspberries and one mint sprig.
In a pitcher combine and stir:
1 bottle of white wine
4oz tequila
1 cup sugar
1-2 sliced jalapeño peppers
2 sliced plums
1 sliced peach
1 lemon (sliced)
1 lime (sliced)
4-5 whole cherries, pitted
3-4 cilantro twigs
2 oz Stoli Gala Apple Vodka
1 1/2 ounces Thatchers Apple Ginger Spiced Liquor
1/2 Simple Syrup
1/2 ounce Goldschlagger Schnapps
Combine vodka, liquor, and simple syrup over ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour into a chilled martini glass and add the Goldschlagger as a floater. Garnish with thin slices of ginger.
serve over ice
3 parts vodka
1 part fresh lime juice
dash of bitters
Chilled ginger beer to taste
mix the above, pour into glass over ice (can be made in advance in a pitcher)
Dash of Prosecco, added to the glass before serving
¾ cup cantaloupe syrup
3/5 cup lemon juice
1 ¾ cup Cinzano Bianco (Not dry vermouth)
¼ cup Peach Schnapps
¾ cup simple syrup
16 orange wheels (1/8 inch thickness)
16 lemon wheels (1/8 inch thickness)
16 lime wheels (1/8 inch thickness)
25 fresh basil leaves
16 cantaloupe crescents
Serve and enjoy.
1/4 cup berry puree (Monin brand)
¾ cup peach liqueur
1 ¾ cups Cinzano sweet vermouth
1 ¼ cups simple syrup
1 cup OJ
8 sprigs of rosemary cut into smaller pieces (about 2 inches long)
16 orange twists (just the outer rind of the orange peel-no white Pith)
16 red grape clusters (snip small clusters with scissors)
Serve and enjoy.
