Yep: Bacon Reality TV
Bacon’s star is rising in a sky full of reality stars

First bacon conquered our breakfast tables, then ice cream and chocolate bars. Next technology offered bacon a new frontier and the Bacon App came into existence. Obviously, reality television is the next phase of the bacon takeover. Deadline reports that bacon Reality TV is currently in development by LMNO Productions. Yes, you read that last sentence correctly. It will be a show completely dedicated to bacon.

The show will follow bacon’s two biggest fans Justin Esch and Dave Lefkow, who have formed their multi-million dollar company off the idea that “everything should taste like bacon.”  Based in Seattle, Washington, “The Bacon Boys” are the owners of the cult favorite, online food company J & D’s Foods. The duo has created an array of bacon-infused products such as Bacon Salt, Baconnaise (bacon mayo that is surprisingly made without actual bacon), and this season’s new makeup craze, Bacon Lip Balm.

Viewers will watch as Justin and Dave “employ guerrilla marketing stunts for their over-the-top products.” An example of such a stunt is the bacon casket that will potentially be seen in a future episode (see the picture above). If you’re in the market for an outrageous coffin to send your loved one off in style, you can purchase the casket for $2,999.99. Justin and Dave wish to embrace “making the ridiculous even more ridiculous-er” and look forward to joining the ranks of America’s infamous Reality TV stars.
