Beyonce Responds to Album Leaking Three Weeks Before Release Date

Beyonce has seen better days than the week she's been having. While she is currently in London preparing for her extravagant Glastonbury performance, which happens to be the same night as the BET Awards, her album 4 has been leaked online in its entirety.  While it is common for albums to leak within in few days of their official release date, Beyonce's album isn't scheduled to drop until June 28th.  Fans were wildly excited on Tuesday when one of her singles called "Party" featuring Andre 3000 leaked on dozens of blogs and file sharing services.  Shortly after, two more songs surfaced, which were eventually followed by the entire album.

Beyonce is taking a calm approach to the situation as she took to her facebook page and posted the following message to her fans: "My music was leaked and while this is not how I wanted to present my new songs, I appreciate the positive response from my fans.  When I record music I always think about my fans singing every note and dancing to every beat. I make music to make people happy and I appreciate that everyone has been so anxious to hear my new songs."

Still, links to her album are spreading like wildfire all over the internet.  I am guilty of having listened to the album already, and honestly, I will still buy it when it hits the iTunes store. Even after catching the first minute of her first track "1+1," I was blown away by her vocals.  It is no secret that the girl has talent, but this album is truly the holy grail of all of her records.
