At this point it's comical how long we've been waiting for Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV to drop. However, Weezy decided it would nice to cool our heat heads and make amends with anxiously waiting fans by dropping a brand new mixtape, appropriately called Sorry For the Wait, and is scheduled to hit the net on July 13.  This week he leaked a track of the tape called "Tunechi's Back," which samples the popular Meek Mill and Rick Ross song "Tupac's Back."

The beat is suitably Rick-Ross-eque, seething with synth-heavy beats, a thunderous cadence, and tripped out electro background noises.  The track is nothing special, so we can only hope he's saving his dopest numbers for the official LP.

Weezy's full-length Tha Carter IV album is expected to drop on August 29, a day after the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards air live on August 28.
