Lady Gaga surprised her fans BIG TIME when she performed her *brand new* song “You and I” at Elton John’s AIDS fundraiser this past week in the UK. Gaga is calling it a “rock ‘n roll”. She took to her twitter to talk about the song. She explained the song was "written in NY on the piano I grew up on".  Have a listen below!
