In this business called fashion, designers will come and go; some get their 5 minutes of fame, while others are here to stay, and still there are those that have the creativity to start, and the tenacity to make a wow-worthy reappearance. We here at Joonbug have found a few of our favorites that have made names for themselves in the past, and come back to remind us why we loved them so much to begin with!

Loeffler Randall is making a comeback to the style scene with their fantastic spring/summer collection seen on the streets, celebrities, and fashion-lovers like ourselves. Their spring ’12 line is a perfect mixture of the abstract shapes, metallic colors, and neon-neutral combos that are so trendy for the coming seasons. While their trademark is the Matilde flat boot; a simple and classic look, it seems as though they are taking a much trendier approach to their collection for spring. It seems as though Loeffler Randall is stepping out and making a fashionably late, yet fantastic new presence in the scene.

With two seasons under their belt now, creative directors Humberto Leon and Carol Lim have managed to bring back the sparks at Kenzo with their overall polished designs. The duo has maintained busy patterns and prints in the mix of their collections that has been a trademark for Kenzo season after season. However, where Kenzo has been known for the street-style looks with loose fitted combinations, parachute pants, and whimsical dresses, Leon and Lim have cleaned it up a bit with sharper cuts and lean hemlines making Kenzo a favorite comeback design house with pieces now relatable to anyone’s style taste.
