The ombre look has been showing up everywhere since it made its big boom in the hair industry a couple years back. Since then designers have been popping out new products from accessories, to clothing, to shoes and handbags, showing that fantastic color fade. We love this scarf for multiple reasons. First and most obvious is the notorious McQueen skull print. It’s the signature emblem found on multiple Alexander McQueen designs and a modern, edgy take on a scarf. Second, we like that the silk-chiffon fabric makes for a light, soft accessory to keep you from getting over-heated on a hot summer day. The best part about this scarf however, is the ability to transition it from summer to fall through the colors used in the ombre effect. The dark red melting into purple, blending into black, are the perfect cold colors to bring into fall. Definitely an investment piece and an ombre accessory must-have!
