Native American styles embellished by the Miami surf-style trend brought some warmth to a late evening Fashion Week runway show by A.Z. Araujo in Midtown Manhattan. Male models fashioned shimmery tank tops with matching low-cut swim shorts with unique hair extensions in an old west theme. Elbow-length fur shirts gave an interesting twist, complete with skinned collars to complete the rustic element of the showcase.
Women's styles embodied a sophisticated array of buckles and snaps, leading into a simple shirt and skirt set appropriate for the beachfront or poolside. The large buckle was also visible in the most delicate of swimsuits previewed and blazed a new design in beachwear while illustrating the designer's attention to craft, detail and the figure of the model.
